Thank you so much Doc for all those precious informations. I've never been that satisfy about myself since the day that followed christmas as I started IF naturally and spontaneously as i I wanted to give my body a deserved rest. I used to be so confused about diets as I work out a lot, always ate the same expensive tasteless organic breast chicken, every single day, oats, brown rice, low fat cottage cheese etc... Boring stuff I then discovered keto diet from you videos with IF ones so am now on keto diet since january 2nd. Living without carbs has never been so easy! I'm not out of breath in between sets etc and I'm not a pain for others as my mood switched to feeling amazing. IF plus keto, the perfect combo. Thank you! You have a french suscriber

I've had very good results with IF but for those, like me, who can't access good fat food like salmon, avocado, organic meats etc then do what I do and eat 1 egg, cottage cheese (paneer) and coconut oil. Eat plenty of lentils and legumes instead of breads or other carbs.

This way, I feel I get sufficient fat and protein with limited resources. Of course, these aren't enough to do full keto diet but sometimes we just have to work with what's available.

Very nice video, thanks, I have noticed that when i consume fats along with carbs, I gain weight but when I take just enough fat and minimal amount of carbs, either I loose or maintain my weight .Calorie restriction is must when one is consuming carbs along with fats .on a little or no carb diet, calories do not matter that much .

I've learned about mct oil from Dr Berg's teaching. Long story short. I went from eating all day long to now only two meals a day because of the mct oil. I'm still within a month of using the mct oil. So I'm still healing, adjusting, and learning, I'm not going to die if I don't eat 24/7. I'm hoping my energy will be going up soon so I can start losing weight. I also want to learn how to eat only one meal a day. I do my first of the year, first fruits fast. The mct oil is so helping.
