Do not fear the narcissist, leave them as soon as your able to, expose the narcissist for who they really are and make sure you have no sympathy or mercy on the narcissist……the same way they had no sympathy or mercy on you for all those years. ✊

My ex made it 9 days after I went no contact and then she showed up at my house banging on the windows and doors. I caught a glimpse of her through the window and one of her eyes was drooping and she looked like the devils daughter. It was tragic!

She never controlled me. I never gave her the time of day when she used to show up at my place of employment. I ignored her as if she wasn't even there. Eventually the armed security gave her a trespass warning. :) It wasn't my first rodeo with Crazy.

What about in the case of BPD, and if they're the ones who initiated it by severing/discarding? If the person who's been rejected simply complies without a reply and refrains from contact, will the BPD person feel relieved, or anxious?
