finding out what fits you the best on self improvement is so real ngl. I would fall asleep if i watch a 2 hrs podcast, but I can stay 4 hrs reading a book💀.

I've been writing diary entries from the age of 8, when I didn't even know a thing like personal diary existed. And writing things down has always affected me positively. I love writing, just as you said, it makes me understand the real problem, and I get relieved after jotting things down, it's better than sharing your feelings with someone alive. At the end I want to quote Anne Frank's golden words- "Paper has more patience than people".

Ruff, I’ve been watching you for an almost a year now. Before I discovered your channel, I was struggling with depression, grades were shit and I was chronically online.
But over the course of the year, while applying your advice, stuff seems to have gotten better. Ive quit gaming, I’ve joined my school’s football team, im going outside way more, and I’ve even managed to bike 10 kilometres the other day (which I’ve never done before)!
My life is wayy better than how it was before. I’d like to thank you for reminding me that you can always make things better & to “take action”.

Here are my goals for the summer. I’m writing them down in the comments to solidify them in my mind.
1. Lock in on my job and make it through training without getting booted
2. Study for exams over the weekend so I absolutely crushed them.
3. Get my drivers license and develop friendships by going to the gym and going to get food with my homies
4. Lock in on RL and smash bros ultimate for the next esports season at my school
5. Do 10 pushups every day, adding another 5 each week
6. Keep reading the Bible and get my summer work done

Thank you, Ruff.🌼🌿 Your videos helped me to improve my life throughout this year. I picked up the gym, joined yoga, made cycling a solid habit, and started to socialize! Just a year ago I was on the edge of ending it all. I had 9/10 depression. Your videos helped me to get up and just do healthy things, one by one, and now I feel happier than ever before. The Cardio & Team Sports thing is 100% true. Once I joined cross country my mental health skyrocketed. (And this year I might have a shot at Varsity)

for me it was as simple as deleting instagram. i didn't realize the impact that just having it on my phone reached to far unrelated other areas of my life that i thought had no connection to instagram. my overall stress, worry, and anxiety was MUCH higher. and go outside a lot more :)

The message here felt like it was directly written for me. Yesterday I was thinking about all the future "what if's", terrible consequences and what I am going to do in case anything bad happens. I realize now that it all was just useless- I did nothing, but made myself suffer for no reason. Thanks for the video, as always, right message at right time🕊

Tbh every ruff video feels like me competing against ruff in a self improvement race at the same time teaching which in turns wanting to be like him which i don't really think is healthy in my situation
