subjective enhancements: face shape, teeth, eyebrows, makeup, hair color, hairstyle, color palette.
objective enhancements: gua sha routine, teeth whitening, skin, hair glossing, body. ( 7:32 her glow up plan)

when I wake up I shower in cool water, slather on moisturizer from head to toe, spray in conditioner, oil my ends, rub castor oil into the lashes, eye drops, lip balm, & drink 16 oz water.

This is last summer of my 50s, and October I will be 60 I’ve always been in pretty good shape but I came across this and said yes I want this this summer. Because I am 59 and the metabolism slows down. I’m giving myself 13 weeks to do this.I want to thank you for this sweetheart. I am old enough to be your grandma so let me say it this way. This 1000% I live in Mexico and in the epicenter of BBLS and skin bleaching at that. Now that I am taking care of myself with my fitness journey and staying in my lane beauty wise it has done wonders for my self esteem. None of the mainstream culture around phases me anymore and also the quality of men I am attracting has elevated significantly. This has kept the dusties away because my body signals to them “She takes care of herself and she won’t accept 💩 treatment.” You goddamn right sir 💪

Gratitude for your body, especially after a Workout, makes you feel so blessed and beautiful. I give myself sucha big hug after and just thank God for my health. It feel sorta spiritual sometimes, everyone should try this even if it's just a mental note after your workout, you will feel beautiful trust me.

Why are you ALWAYS speaking what I'm living!

Last year I lost 40 lb by mimicking the lifestyle of my Caribbean ancestors (diet, walking 30k steps day, sauna- to mimic hot environment, did not buy too many items) I am always told how feminine and athletic I am and exotic I am lol. I have not paid my tab when I go out for over 6 months lol.


I use Naomi Campbell was Inso.. we are same height/ body structure (ratio) and her long blowout look has become my signature (I buy wigs she would wear)

Really love the everything and bare minimum routine, I bought a gua sha, scalp massager, body brush etc and felt really overwhelmed thinking I’m going to have to do this everyday. But then I decided I will just use them on the day I wash my hair and have it as a sort of spa/pamper day

Love the 2 routine idea. It just makes things realistic. I’ve recently journaled about having a 5 min routine (5, 1 min things). Examples of mine were 1 min core, 1 min ankle mobility, 1 min knee strengthening, 1 min core, 1 min stretch. Just getting myself in the habit of doing. I will definitely be implementing the 2 routines for the high days and low days. Thank you so much.

Having a second simplified routine is genius! I usually fall off from my routine during that time of the month and because I'm not giving it my all I tell myself it doesn't matter if I partially show up for myself. I think it's better to just lower my expectations for myself during that time because like you said, the effort will still compound!
