I'm. Morbidly obese but trying to strive towards a healthy lifestyle. Usually I skip a workout when I feel tired. However, today I am extremely proud to complete the entire thing.
I did take breaks in between because my weight was not allowing me to continue for long but I'm happy to have completed this and will strive to take fewer breaks till I master this routine. Great routine by the way. Coach Kozak and Claudia are my all time favorites

I love the constant coaching and encouraging throughout - i’ve tried other workouts and ones that just have music but I am finding that I need to have the little reminders on form which are so important!! Thanks to both of you for all you do!

Did this workout with 5 friends using Zoom meetings. We loved it. Great overall strength workout. Was having a hard time finding a full hour workout on YouTube. This was perfect to hit all body parts!
