Also you can use the continuity mode on the multimeter (The mode that gives an audible sound when the two prongs are connected together.) To test a fuse.

Nice one! 2015 Ram 1500, Left side, FT rapid blink, rear nothing, does have tail lamp but no turn, hazard or brake. Right side has no problems.

What if I side of the directional are blinking fast but all the lights work?
