The right turn started to blink very fast, didn't pay much attention to it but now, had to jumpstart the car twice now. Is it possible the fast blinking is what is causing the car not to start? Could it be affecting the battery?

Thanks. Both my lights are flickering Front and back, so it looks like I’ll just replace them both and see what happens

Wow! I didn’t know what the hell was up with the rapid blinking. My rear signal is not working. I thought the whole system was falling apart. Turns out the rapid blinking was my car telling me what was wrong with it.

Never touch the bulbs with your bare hand oil on your hands will burn that bulb out prematurely. Always wear gloves.
