Soft brushes add definition and shine to your hair and lay your hair down

Medium hard and hard brushes only used on 2.0 and up period. Brushes under that can be used whenever depending on your hair type. OG wavers here, wish I had the options in brushes you dudes have now lol but we made it work back in the day. Boil a hard diane and you had yourself a real nice medium. First wave journey started in 83

Soft brushes are also useful for brushing after removing a durag.

I don't mess with hard brushes at all. Waves ain't worth pain.

And after using the soft brush to lay the hair down I also use the plastic bag method after the soft brush to lay it down more

A soft brush doesn't lay my hair down at all it actually does the opposite idk why. I just use a plastic bag method

My brother is an elite waver and he told me that you just need to pay your hair down and use use your soft brush only, he said if you use more than one brush your waves will come out with forks and not straight please help😭😭
