Always check with your CPO/therapist which exercises are possible with your prosthesis. As with any exercise, if you feel unwell or experience physical pain or discomfort, you should stop immediately and consult a doctor.
Stand facing 2 cones about a metre apart. Focus on staying up tall whilst walking around the cones. Stay tight to the cones and spend equal amounts of time on each leg. Feel the prosthetic knee flex and extend again as you take small controlled steps around the cones.
