True but rice high in carbs hota hai and usse significant lycine lene ke liye bahoth khana hoga and it will make you skinny fat and bioavalability is also a thing jo ki vegetarian protien sources me bahoth kam hota hai matlab jitna protien khaya utna lagega nahi body ko sabse Jada bioavalability eggs me hota hai even meat se be zada.
