I'd like to share my experience and the importance of watching these videos especially when you can not work out. I recently recovered from a back injury and did not jump for over a month but watching the videos and visualizing the moves actually made me a better jumper when I started back up. When I struggle with a move sometimes I take a break for a few days and visualize and study the form.

This was excellent because it not only showed the moves slow, but also the hands and arms, as well as the footwork like the boxers step and Rush step. I think it may be a good idea to always have some slow motion with each instructional video. You are only getting better my brother!
