This video explains what blood pressure is, but more importantly what considerations you should take when you exercise. The advice given is not intended to replace that of a qualified health professional, but to provide tips on what you should consider as part of a regular exercise programme.
DO NOT exercise if your resting blood pressure is greater than 180 / 100 mmHg. If you are unsure, seek advice from your GP/ doctor.
