This week marks 10 years since I first found YWA and I just have to say, you have literally changed my life in a positive way. I had never done yoga before I found your videos in 2014 which was a really dark time in my life. I was in a bad marriage and thought I had very little to live for. I was extremely unhealthy and depressed and then I found your Morning Yoga Flow for beginners and I have been on this journey with you ever since. Your videos have helped me through my own life’s journey and I know it sounds silly but I really don’t know where I’d be now without YWA. You have been a light through the dark nights for me and I am so grateful you have made these free videos on YT for so long. ❤❤❤

My dad who passed four years ago would have been 80 today. Off to breakfast with mom and sister shortly as was his tradition on his birthday.

Happy september, everyone! Have been missing meditations from Adriene so this was so wonderful to do after a long time not meditating. I have a lot of changes happening in my life right now and I am struggling with my mental health so thought I'd try to do this months yoga journey to help me and support me through this time. I am greateful that I get to practice in such a wonderful community 💛🙏

Meditation eased into my morning routine, like a gentle breeze. With time, I started to feel calm and centered, like people talk about. I'm aware that it is a practice, and because I acknowledge that I understand the relationship between our moods and our feelings. Sometimes it only takes 5 min a day to reconnect my body and soul. I feel grateful and blessed for all the love and light that comes along with it. Namaste✨
