My FULL Training Routine (Workouts, Diet, & Cardio!)

I often get asked what my full workout program and training routine looks like – so I thought I’d cover it in this video. I’ll cover what my training split looks like (how I split up my chest, back, traps, arms, shoulders, abs, and legs workouts throughout the week) – but more importantly, I’ll go through why I use that workout split over others. I’ll also cover my personal diet, cardio and abs routine at the moment as well as often overlooked routines that I incorporate such as my mobility and prehab routine. Although my routine right now is geared towards fat loss as opposed to building muscle, similar concepts apply and I’ll show you how you can implement what I do into your own routine. Enjoy!

P.S. - huge calculation mistake on my part (to be fair, I was running on low sleep!). At 5:34 in the video, when suggesting protein intake values, the "g/kg" recommendations should be: 2.2 g/kg when dieting (deficit) and 1.76g/kg when gaining weight (surplus) and NOT the values listed on the screen (or else you will greatly undermine your protein intake). Thanks for those that caught this before I could!

Your videos are so awesome.. I saw your first video of increasing pullups.. I did your routine of increasing pullups and in 3 weeks from 1 pullup I went to 6 pullups.. I was not able to progress from 1 pullup for about 1 month and now I think pullups as warmups for my workouts... Thanks a lot to you!

I took your advice and wstiched to 20 seconds between sets--working toward 20 full reps-- getting results faster--and wasting less time. For pecs;shoulders; rear delts, triceps, biceps; as well as leg exercises. Getting great reults--started about 6 monhs ago--if I can get results--and I'm a 77 year old guy who goes to Blink fitness 2-3 times a week--your younger guys and gals will also be pleased with the results they get.
