I think this funnel cannot be fit in the on demand webinar ( specially in case of "your webinar of going to start in 8 min) right after registring for webinar.
Please suggest a on dekand webinar funnel . When people are going to watch the webinar right after sign up. ( in 8-12 mins) .

I have a small audience and some trust as I am #1 on youtube on my niche. How do I use my current audience to push through the first set of funnels? I do not have email addresses but have 10K subscribers and many ardent followers/viewers. I already have a training coaching product that has marginal sales. I currently have to create new content teaching and in the end sell the invite to my webinar. I fear i can only give so much free and soon will run out of ideas and will just have repeat and redo content to keep the webinar seats full.

Any ideas?

How about providing a short video or video Course giving them some value as the lead Magnet and later inviting them to the Webinar to sale them something. A landing page asking them to sign up for a webinar seems not the best option according to some marketers
