How difficult is it to get an injury at the bench press? Compared to other exercises my bench is really weak (60kg after 2 months of bulking) and I'm worried that I start overloading and break something because I sometimes get pain in areas like the neck when benchpressing.

I have a question, so I have shoulder due to doing bench press. So I it’s been 2 weeks since the injury I have mobility to move it around. But whenever I do bench it just starts to hurt? Any tips on faster recovery and have you experienced any shoulder discomfort due to bench?
