Idk man, I was a wildland firefighter over this summer and some of the dudes on my crew were hella strong and couldn't bench 225 or do more than 8 pullups lol they also didn't look jacked when youd look at em. I think theres a difference between being gym fit and firefighter fit as you can be strong in one but weak when it comes to the other but idk thats just what I experienced.

I achieved 110kg bench press, 210 kg squat and 200kg deadlift my new goals are 140kg bench and 240kg squat and 280kg deadlift

I just turned 15 and I have been going to the gym for 3 months now and I can bench 67, 5 kg and I can do 10 pull ups. My bw is 65kg. I work out with someone who is very experienced and we push eachother further. I recommend it to everyone.

I can’t bench 225 yet, but I can do 30 push ups
12 pull ups is my personal record, right on the boundary
I’m still recovering from back pain, so I don’t know my squat or deadlift PR. All I know is that they’re both at least 135lbs, and I weigh 165lbs
I’ll let you decide where I land in terms of strength

I’ve had different points in my life where I could do each one. I don’t think I could do any of the three right now, and I was never able to do all three at once… but I have not fallen that far from my former glory… this has motivated me

Bench: 125😅

Pull ups:17

Squat: 245

Lowkie happy with what my numbers are at my bench is low but I don’t work bench because I work a lot of momentum work because I play basketball and have a smaller frame so I have to focus on other things then just pure strength

I’ve just always been naturally good at pull-ups. I’ve never weighed a lot, so when I was in 5th grade I can do 10. Now I’m in college and can do 16-20
