My biggest fear is being 70 years old laying in bed and reflecting back on how I wasted my only chance I’ll ever get on becoming what I always wanted

No gym, almost no space in my room, but it's enough space for pushups and squats

Everyone wants to be strong, but rarely anyone has the sheer will to work that path to become strong.

Me, a teenage girl watching this. Why?
Because I've always been told that I'm weaker just because I'm a woman. I started believing that myself, I couldn't stand up for myself. Now, I want to prove everyone wrong, everyone including me

I've been working out 5/6 days a week for almost a whole year mostly started with weight lifting and always look forward to it. I've also gotten more engaged in my workouts cause now I'm following another workout plan called the "red hood" workout and it's a nice follow. So im getting the both of weight lifting and learning to use my body weight as well. I work 40 hours a week and by the time I clock out, I'm ready to get to work. It's improved my focus mental state and, not only that I feel really good on my energy levels. I already did a little bit of boxing growing up, didn't go far but still know my technique, and I wrestled in high school and still know how to wrestle, I've also invested in a heavy bag and wack at that thing for 3 separate 1-minute rounds. It's all about self-discipline when it comes to working out for me. This video is the extra motivation I need to keep going as well, oh I forgot to mention that I can do a proper L sit now for 30 seconds!

Excellent video bro, I really liked your detailed explanation. I'm 16 years old, I train calisthenics, weight training and boxing. My main goal is to become the best and strongest version of myself. I learned from experience that to achieve any goal in life you need to have mental strength and unwavering discipline. Just like David Goggins said: "Regardless of what's in front of you, YOU STILL MUST GRIND"

A very good overview. In my experience, when it comes to mental fitness, it's not just a tough road (05:37) but also a lonely road. Becoming mentally strong is deviating from the norm and introduces the likelyhood of loosing common ground with some or many people around oneself. Many people seek approval from their peers (not to mention online) because they are afraid from the loneliness of loosing the connection with them. Instead of going in a completely different direction from the majority of their community or culture. The unpaved path.

Huge topic. I thought that this, specifically, was worth mentioning.
