Thanks for the constipation tips, doc! I have no problem w it, have been drinking lots of water, eating lots of fruits & vegetables & i try to walk & run for an hour everyday if the weather allows. 😊❤🙏

I used to suffer many tummy ailments and indeed needed to perform ‘toilet yoga’ often…it works as does turning and pointing over each shoulder behind you on each side. 😂👍

I have been doing this for over a year. I wear a pessary and this has been a true blessing to reduce straining. Try it, it is a life saver

if constipated, i simply drink some prune/apple/or welchs grape juice it'll definitely have you going 😮😂

I've tried that and didn't help much BUT what has helped is increasing protein intake.
It's made my stool softer .
Word of advice though increase slowly cause I increased too much at start and way over increased

Proper diet and exercise eliminates this problem.Fiber is critical.Today's modern diets are dangerous in so many ways.

Squat toilets are the best. It fully opens your bowels and you don't need to strain and it all comes out in one go.

A regular toilet 🚽 your sat at 90° only not all the poop will come out.
