I have been trying your remedy for Acidity/gas and constipation (1mulathi stick + 30ml milk + 100 ml water, then boil under light heat till 30 ml left drink at night) for the last 3 months and believe it was a magic trick for me. It helped me a lot to deal with.

Summary:
#5. Rasayan Vati: 1 Tablet at night with milk for 2 months.
#4. Bhringraj Asav: 20ml with 20 ml water after meals twice a day.
#3. Brahm Rasayan: 1 teaspoon once a day half hour before breakfast. Can be taken twice as well.
#2. Shatavari: For Women's health for menstrual issues, cramps, strength, etc. (actually for men too, for strength, increases sperm) (with milk Shatavari leads to weight gain). Should be taken with water or milk. Fat people should take with water.
#1. Mahanarayan Tailam: Massage for body pains on the body part. Keep warm cloth over it for 10 minutes.
