They are made using a combination of Carbquik and Greek yogurt, which provide a great texture and a satisfying taste. (note, if you don’t like Carbquik you can use greek yogurt). Whether you're looking for a quick and easy breakfast option, a convenient snack, or a meal prep favorite, these diabetic bagels fit the bill perfectly. They are versatile and can be topped with your choice of healthy ingredients like fresh vegetables, lean proteins, or low-fat spreads. Diabetic Blueberry Bagels Recipe
1 cup carbquik
½ cup 2% plain greek yogurt
¼ cup blueberries

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a pan with non-stick aluminum foil.
Combine carbquik and yogurt in a bowl.
Form dough into a ball. Divide into 6 pieces.
Mold into a ball and form into a bagel.
Lay bagels in a pan.
Sprinkle with blueberries.
Spray top with non-stick cooking spray.
Bake for 18-20 minutes.

Nutrition Facts (per bagel):
Calories - 65
Total carbs - 9.6g
Fiber - 7.3 g
NET CARBS - 2.3 g

Cinnamon Bagels
1 cup carb quik (can use almond flour if you are GF)
1 cup greek yogurt
1 tbsp Swerve
1 tbsp Cinnamon

Bake at 375 for 18-20 min.

1 biscuit:
73 calories
7.7 grams of fiber
2.8 net carbs

Diabetic Cheese Biscuits
1 cup carb quik (can use almond flour if you are GF)
1 cup greek yogurt
½ cup mot cheese
4 oz goat cheese

Bake at 375 for 18-20 min.

1 biscuit:
90 calories
7 grams of fiber
3 net carbs

I went from diabetic to pre in 3 months I did not know about carb quick and I miss my bagels and Can’t find any low carb bagels so happy I found out about this going to see if I can find it at Walmart next time I go. Game charger for me thanks so much

First, I love your channel. Some background, been diagnosed as a diabetic maybe 5 years ago, and I started on the path or more and more drugs, and A1C just went up, up. They sent me to a diabetic class where they said I could have 125 grams of carbs per day. Then about two years ago I discovered Keto. It CHANGED MY LIFE. Yes tricky at first but with some apps, and Youtube I got through. My A1C dropped to 5.6, The knee replacement I needed and postponed due to COVID is NOT NEED NOW, I lost 40 lbs., and have more energy. But most dietitians said don't do Keto. They are wrong. Its great to see you spreading the truth. And there is so many other benefits I can tell you. And almost off all drugs. Blood tests have never been better in my life. So keep up the great work.😁

Last yr. I weighed 264lbs. I did intermittent fasting; watching what I ate, and exercise. Today, I weigh 204lbs. But fot the past few months, I go between 205 down to 202lbs. But no lower. And I have a sweet tooth 😁 loving your videos.

Glad I found this channel. It's helping fine tune some things as I need a major food-style change. Sooo many foods, even some you've mentioned spike my blood sugar. My doctor is satisfied with giving me many pills and sending me on my way. So, I'm having to do this on my own. Appreciate the chats you give along with the videos. And thank you for NOT telling me to eat butter constantly, lol. Doing it on my own isn't easy but this channel is helping. WISH I had a keto dietician where I lived. Anywho, thanks!

Carbquick in the UK is horrifically expensive (way out of my budget) can I do a 1 to 1 swap for almond flour or do I need to add some kind of fibre as well ? Thank you

Shelly I don't have diabetes but my Dr says there was a rise in my sugar but didn't call it prediabetes or diabetes so I'm starting to work on lowering my sugar.could I do your recipes if I don't have diabetes?
