They are made using a combination of Carbquik and Greek yogurt, which provide a great texture and a satisfying taste. (note, if you don’t like Carbquik you can use greek yogurt). Diabetic Blueberry Bagels Recipe
1 cup carbquik
½ cup 2% plain greek yogurt
¼ cup blueberries
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a pan with non-stick aluminum foil.
Combine carbquik and yogurt in a bowl.
Form dough into a ball. Divide into 6 pieces.
Mold into a ball and form into a bagel.
Lay bagels in a pan.
Sprinkle with blueberries.
Spray top with non-stick cooking spray.
Bake for 18-20 minutes.
Nutrition Facts (per bagel):
Calories - 65
Total carbs - 9.6g
Fiber - 7.3 g
NET CARBS - 2.3 g
Cinnamon Bagels
1 cup carb quik (can use almond flour if you are GF)
1 cup greek yogurt
1 tbsp Swerve
1 tbsp Cinnamon
Bake at 375 for 18-20 min.
1 biscuit:

Diabetic Cheese Biscuits
1 cup carb quik (can use almond flour if you are GF)
1 cup greek yogurt
½ cup mot cheese
4 oz goat cheese
Bake at 375 for 18-20 min.
