I just found your channel and I seriously love it! I am currently confused about what I want to do in life and I am 26. I started Youtube years ago and decided to delete it and about a year ago I started Youtube again, I know I love to make content and as of now I am just trying to figure out what type of content I want to be consistent on. Personally I give my projects a year. If after that year I haven't received a hint or a sign from the Universe that it's a part of my path then I let it go. Sometimes your dream is meant to manifest and other times it's meant only as a stepping stone to something better. Being willing to be brutally honest in your conversations with yourself will open those doors I think. The only thing to never quit on is your own commitment to your truth. :) xxx

Thank you for sharing that you were creating consistent content for a decade before you even started Marie TV. I've been creating content on Youtube for almost a decade now and 3 years for my own channel which now has over 11, 000 subscribers. I've never felt like I'm growing fast enough but I see now that I'm just where I need to be. I am always in a rush to get something, I think my issue used to be impatiently waiting for results while not being as consistent. If I do something for a few weeks and nothing happens I move on. Sometimes the universe brings it back to me, maybe I just needed to step away. Life's too short to keep doing something for years with no results. And I get bored so easy. Loved the kno when to hold em break down. Your team are some awesome people.

I have a question for your next QnA Tuesday and I hope you'll answer :) I'm so lucky to have tripled the size of my business within only 2 years, but I feel that I've lost direction. I'm no longer happy doing what I do and am constantly thinking about how I can get out of this business and move onto something new. I don't want to sell it because I'm still so proud of what I've done, and would eventually like for someone else to manage it. However before I get up to that stage, I feel like I still need to battle through the everyday challenges of being a boss, while trying to come up with what to do next - can you offer any words of wisdom?
