Thankyou for this information- have had high sugar for 2 years and been working on it - only now am seeing some benefits- also had non alcoholic fatty liver (drinking celery juice, cucumber juice most helpful, ). Sometimes I make a smoothie fir lunch with the above adding fresh ginger, cinnamon, green apple, blueberries, small avo and a few strawberries- the green drink turns a bit brown however I know it's totally good health.

Just eat low carbohydrate diet and cut out sugar and exercise I am pre-diabetes and doing this I have lost 1 stone and still losing weight, I don't feel pain, fatigue that I have had for 20 years. My energy has also increased. I also do intermittent fasting eat by 7pm and next day eat at 1pm. This was also advised by medical nutrionist

I am taking on empty stomach, early morning cup of boiling water after adding a teaspoon of home made turmiricpowder, Halfspoon methi, half teaspon jeera, 1teaspoon ajwan, apinch of pepperpowder, when it is cool at adrinkable temperature add1 teaspoon limejuce and2teaspoon honey. Now my Hba1c has come down from7to5.6.Anybody can try this.

I already take 9 out of 13. Cannot eat avocado as it is disgusting to me. Spinach have too much pesticides, nitrates and oxalates, so I rarely eat them. Fenugreek seeds are unavailable where I live. I can start using cinammon, which is the fourth I was not taking.
