This is correct.. I have had type 2 diabetes and it’s been 3 weeks since I cut out dairy, sugars, flour, and anything else you can think of . I’ve been eating vegetables fruits and fish or chicken. And my glucose levels have been stable at 120 to 170 without any medications 🙏🙌
