Thanks Coach Kozak, 30 minutes ago I watched yesterday's video, made me get off the couch and do this workout, now I feel alive I'm going to do the 15 minute insanity workout now. Thank you for the kick up the backside and waking me up. I'm really enjoy your workouts.

I did this 5kg dumbells and I’m quite impressed with myself.

I weigh 112kg and just started lifting since two weeks. I thought I would be wrecked in ten minutes or so.

I just found you guys and have been doing your vids for about a week now and I just want to thank you so much for doing these. It's so hard to find things for people like me with disabilities and in extreme pain to do I had given up on ever being able to do this again after my wreck and it's hard but you definitely help push people thru and don't make us feel bad if we have to stop for the day or if we can't do it perfectly. Love that you give alternative ways of doing stuff to help people like me. It gives me hope that I'll be able to do more than your basics 1 day by doing these and working up to it. Thank you so much.

For any1 that has problems w knee, leg, back, shoulder, or most injuries actually and obese definitely give these guys a try bc I have all of the above and it's the only 1s I've found that caters more towards us and helps us eventually look like this guy lol hopefully. He definitely has given me hope back.

hi there! I broke my neck badly a few years ago and your beginner workouts are so enthusiastic and gentle i've been doing them 3 times a week and i've finally started regaining mobility :-D thank-you for the motivation and creating videos that dont make you feel like a pathetic weakling - from new zealand!
