Chipotle Chicken Pt. 1: Prep and Marinate. Here I show you how I prepare the chicken before cooking it! We shall cook it up for our meal prep combo series tonight. Follow for more!

Ingredients:
-2-3lbs boneless skinless chicken thigh
-2 tbs olive oil
-2 tsp sea salt
-2 tsp garlic powder
-2 tsp onion powder
-2 tsp ground cumin
-2 tap dried oregano
-1 small can chipotle peppers in adobo sauce

Prep Instructions:
-even out thighs by fileting thicker inner half and trim fat
-lay out chicken on cutting board, coat with 1 tbs oil, and evenly season; flip over and repeat
-add chicken to bowl; add in garlic and adobo sauce
-mix well; marinate for at least 2 hours up to overnight
