I love this chicken but half the time I go to chipotle they give me a salad with the nastiest slimiest lettuce. Of course I could not get a salad but now I can make my own damn salad. Got that vinaigrette perfected since they forget it 75% of the time anyway

This has to be a million times better than what comes out of a Chipotle. I went there one time and was very unimpressed. I don't see how a bunch of entry level minimum wage type workers are making perfectly tender chicken every time. When I went, I got wilted rotten lettuce, and there was no flavor with the tofu cube version of the burrito and tons of add ins. The hot sauces are so hot, so if you had a couple of those that is all you taste, hot, bland and rotten. It doesn't compare with a burrito made by someone who knows what they are doing or even a homemade one.

What the heck is this recipe? There are tons of copy-cat recipes for Chipotle chicken online, straight from the people who used to work there and make it. This recipe doesn't even follow the real thing.
