Ingredients
2lb boneless skinless chicken thighs
1/2 medium red onion ( chopped )
3 minced garlic cloves
2 tbsp olive oil
1 can chipotle peppers in adobo sauce ( main ingredient) I only use the sauce in the can not the peppers but you can use the peppers if you like it spicy
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp black pepper
2 tsp salt

Ingredients:
1. Chipotle peppers in Adobo sauce (Use sauce only)
2. 1 tablespoon Chili powder
3. 1 teaspoon of Cumin
4. 1 teaspoon of dried Oregano
5. 1 teaspoon of black pepper
6. 2 teaspoons of salt
7. 2 tablespoons of Olive Oil
8. Half of a medium red onion (diced)
9. 3 garlic cloves (diced)
10. 2 pounds of boneless chicken thighs.

i used this recipe in a pinch and it came out delicious!!! i used chicken breast, sliced in half longways and stabbed holes throughout to help the marinade seep in better. i only had about 2hrs to let it marinate and it still came out super flavorful! i also didnt use a proper grill since i live in an apartment, so instead i used a grill cast iron pan. it still came together so perfectly! still gonna try it the way the recipe says next time :) thank you!!

Gotta tell yeah we just rub it in adobo paste. Same with the steak. So if this marinade is good for chicken try putting it on skirtsteak

I've followed this recipe about 3 times and it's amazing. Works well with chicken breasts as well.

Adding even 2 small Chipotle Chipotle peppers makes it REAAALLY spicy, so I recommend being careful if you want to add some haha
