I have yet to see an expert mathematician debunk Stephen myers claims. The people in the comment section disagreeing with is hypothesis, probably don’t even comprehend quantum mechanics. In fact there are a number of PHD mathematicians that agree, not including the former MIT professor who converted to Christianity. When Newton came up with his laws of motion, he invented a way to describe motion. You can say he discovered how motion works, but the laws describing them are inventions. The universe has no obligation to work the way it does because Newton said so.

the potential for mathematical descriptions remains universal whenever and wherever you are. there's no need for a inherent medium and no need for an apprehending mind. that mathematics can exist as pure potentiality prior to the known universe is not a surprise. as for it being in any way related to God, that's a non-sequitur.
