Furthermore, it’s essential to consider that life has been evolving for approximately 3.5 billion years to conserve and maximize energy absorption, two key survival factors. In this sense, one could argue that humans have inherited the culmination of this evolutionary process, benefiting from highly efficient energy storage and utilization mechanisms. Having TOO MUCH extra energy has never really been a big enough problem before.

Fun Fact, fat is so energy-dense that storing just 1 pound of it is equivalent to holding 3, 500 calories—enough to keep a person alive for two days without eating. Your body is basically a survival machine disguised as a human.

Every single thing in the everyday life is different than 80 years ago. the change in the human life in the 20 21 century is so fast that it gets scary. like tell a guy 20 years ago about AI he wouldn’t even imagine something like that.

Oh my god he's using science. He just said facts. He didn't talk about moral decay or seed oils. Have I found a real YouTube channel that wants to teach?

Basic science. When you eat 3k calories a day and are lazy and only burn 300, and then do the same thing day after day. No wonder people are obese. There doesn't have to be years and years of research on people with obesity to figure that out. Go outside, eat less calories, stay mineralized and although metabolism plays a big role in how fast you burn fat, If you want to boost your metabolism, do more work and the body will naturally figure it out. Being overweight isn't really the issue though laziness is and gluttony and greed But most importantly, lack of self-control and no discipline

While I don’t agree that we evolved from apes 100, 000 years ago 😂 this is, otherwise, valid information.
