Its a very rate individual who can legitimately burn off 10k calories in 1 day. 140 Watts for 20 hours would do it. Id say most fit people could do 5000 in a 12 hour day but even 7000 (the energy in 2lbs of fat) for 99% of people is not realistic.

DUde, i love your editing style... it would be awesome to see how you plan, write the script and organize all the footage and sumarize everything in a very dinamic and entertaining narrative, ... you could teach that... and im sure pppl would pau for it.... i included.

honestly my favourite youtuber joe even after I started Grinding for druid (I was Chaang8) and stopped after 2 yrs u have honestly brought nothing but wholesome and motivational content to every-ones life we all luv u mate

I don't think people realise how challenging burning 10k calories is. The most I've been able to run for is 9km, which took me about 55 minutes. During that time, my legs felt absolutely destroyed yet I only burned about 500 calories. Of course, I know this isn't a lot and I could definitely do more nowadays but I just wanted to put into perspective how hard it is to reach beyond 3000 calories in the first place

Edit: it's actually closer to 700kcal in my case. Idk why I said 500 earlier
