How to find your VA Certificate of Eligibility online

This video is a step by step on how to get a PDF of your Post 9/11 GI Bill® Statement of Benefits. When a student veteran is using their Post 9/11 GI Bill® or Chapter 33 benefit at any Institute of Higher Learning (EX: Community College or UC or CSU) they need to provide a copy of their Certificate of Eligibility (COE). The traditional COE is sent by mail to the veterans home of record. However, you may also submit a Post 9/11 GI Bill® Statement of Benefits found online at VA.gov.
