Everyone listen to this man. He knows what he’s talking about. I went from 30% to 90% without having to hire these vultures ( vet lawyers) everything is based on evidence, current diagnosis, and symptoms.

Just received my 100 P&T last week after a total of 6 months. I did all my own paperwork and wrote all my lay statements. These videos help out tremendously with understanding what needs to be done and in what order. This guy is good to go on his informaion.

I had been watching VA claims and so many other channels. So happy to find your channel. I was a few hours from signing over a large portion of my pact act claim. You saved me. 😊

Great video, dude ! When I was still working at our local VARO, I always told veterans to keep a copy of anything the vet submits to the VARO for disability compensation. Remember " CYA " from your military service time ! Worked 30 years before I was forced to retire for medical conditions. Thanks YouTube 😊!

I went to this video thinking it was going to be a whole lot of BS because of the title. After watching it, I found it to be one of the most correct and straightforward videos that I've seen about claiming disabilities. To @TheCivDiv you have earned yourself a subscriber.

Spot on, you articulated everything very well, especially in the end regarding clogging up the VA which leads to trash talking.

In 5:28 you pretty much summed up what so many other videos fail to do. Great content!

I was Honorably discharged nearly 40 years ago. When I got out all these years I had NO IDEA the VA existed or anything was available. I filed a claim and claim still pending but was approved 10% tinnitus (MOS 11B) and 0% hearing loss. I fell off a cliff while on active duty I was hospitalized in a Army hospital and the Army surgically repaired my cracked skull (stainless steel wire) I just recieved those surgical records (thank you national archive). My VSO filed TBI and neck. Seems like a uphill battle glad I found your channel. Thank you Clay

This guy gives good info. Just received my 100% P&T from filing 6 months ago. Educate yourself before you apply.

The funniest and saddest thing is that I went to the doctor for Tinnitus and Ankle pain, both received from basic training because just 'lucky' I guess. But I didn't know you can get Tinnitus disability despite having that on my record.

Then at the C&P exam for my ankle pain, despite it literally making cracking noises I wasn't in my right mind and they did the wrong ankle. So here I am ten years later with hope that can still make those claims and will likely be trying to go to the doctor to get more evidence for the ankle if required. Since still it on record as an actual active issue I have, I haven't been keeping up since kind of accepted it as a fact of life after my first failed attempt.

So seeing this video motivates me to try again so thank you!

I’m getting ready to work on my Disability claim now. I had my gallbladder removed while active duty and have had back pain since

Thank you for the great content. Where would one be able to locate the ratings and symptoms you show beginning at 3:22?
