I think some people fat loss system is wired diferent because for some people when losing weight keto works way better than low fat I have done deficits on low fat and counting to the gram really really well not eating anything outside my 3 meals a day doing around 500 calories of cardio a day my job is in a metal fabric soo I usually move all day I am not sitting at all and charging heavy metals and on a 1800 calorie diet I was not losing weight and I am at 220 pounds a bit choby and felt lazy tired all day like my body lack energy and my weight didn't go down for a couple months O swapped to keto on 2000 calories or even more and felt strog as fuck I slept way less than with the other diet with 5 or 6 hours I was full power in the low fat I needed to sleep like 10 hours and still tired and my weight literally went down and down weak after weak now I am at 185 pounds my goal is to get to 180 I feel really good best thing ever

I was told by my doctor not to adhere to the ketogenic diet because it's risky. He said I should eat a diverse diet so I tried the *Agoge diet* and I'm starting noticing less belly fat really fast.

It is not possible to adhere to the keto diet long term and stay healthy. I tried it, and it was awful. I recommend the Agoge diet though, because it is diverse and will help you lose fat without starving yourself.

No need to punish yourself with keto. It's just a matter of calories in, calories out. Following a structured and diverse diet like the Agoge diet helps a great deal though.
