Does help with blood flow and growth. I started at 7 inches and im 8.25 inches. I have been doing it for about a month and a half. Good luck.

I can imagine working out the muscle around the privates maybe pumps more blood and makes it bigger… i should try and see if i get three inches bigger😊

If u really want make ur size bigger concentrate on ur ABS wrk out thats enough. Bt 3 feet is impossible 1 - 1.5 is possible
