Today is my 1st day of kegel exercise.Just now finished doing all the exercise in the order and i can feel something in my abdomen anyhow i will report to you guys after 3 weeks because good things take time, untill then see ya....

Problems: Pre Ejaculation, Pee Drops after getting up from toilet and early ejaculation.
Goal: Get rid of my problems and will do for 1 month.
Extra Note: Will try to keep myself consistent and do for 1 month.
First day: Out of breath, not feeling much to be honest just feeling hot and even though it's winter felt the urge to turn on the fan.
Second day: Skipped
Third day: Skipper
4th day: Did workout, so far nothing new. It did help me with the pee drops problem. Skipping made it go back.
