I do them 👌I'm a prostate cancer survivor They began in my rehab advice given to me by a nurse who had a husband that had been there 👍 I came all the way back 🙏

Эти упражнения, не только для мужчин, я их делаю, очень нравятся, укрепляет спину. Мне рекомендованы специалистом, что бы спина не болела. Можно делать при протрузиях и небольших грыжах, только с прогибами осторожно.

Yo estuve estudiando yoga cuando joven y siempre me dijeron que la postura de la cobra (aqui se hace con repetición) era muy benefico para la espalda baja y nunca se mencionó que fuera para el suelo pélvico.
