Makes sense bc i did well at gcses by putting in a lot of hard work and i was confident bc i managed to get top grades. But then i regressed during a levels from overconfidence thinking i could get the same results with less work and staying in a friend group that is fine with getting mediocre grades and weren’t consistently driven. I thought it would have been better to help improve my social skills bc in gcses i just got pissed that nobody i knew was that concerned with getting the best grades. But it didn’t and I’m just as anxious as i was back then. I don’t entirely regret it bc it made me realise things i didn’t before. But i think i was stupid to think i could do just as well without the work

So I always score in the 90s and I realised from this video that maybe I AM in the ego state. The thing is I have an ample amount of evidence that I can get the same percentage as before but by simply believing I don't take any new actions which makes me stay at the same spot and doesn't let me grow. What I got from the video was
I believe that I can achieve that certain percentage but I want to grow and do more than that. This mindset can help many...so thanks Ruff❤

What I learnt from this video


1. There are 3 stages to confidence

2. Stage one is unconfident, you have no evidence so you’re unconfident. No evidence=no confidence

3. Stage two is ego. You’re confident but you don’t have evidence. This stage is important as having ego will push ourselves to work harder to get evidence

3. Stage three is true confidence. You have evidence so know your confident. “True confidence is not built by screaming affirmations at the wall, it’s built by having a stack of undeniable proof that we are who we say we are”

Thank you Ruff, I was feeling Under confident cause I do really good in studies (but few years back its was even more) and When I got enough to be in the Top 7 persons but fell back from The top 3 and even 1 sometimes It hurted me and my Ego I know But this video fueled me as I’m starting a new journey This year for college and finished hs I’ll keep on building the confidence and Trying to improve myself and Grow, Thank you for your gem of videos 🙏🏻❤️
