It's great to see that actual research is backing your statements

Cycle creatine is better.
Logic is simple. You gain strength when you are ON creatine.
And you become weaker when you stop taking it.
So you increase your max/reps/sets when you are ON creatine.
Once you are OFF, you simply try your best to maintain the max/reps/sets you've achieved while you were ON creatine. When the next ON cycle comes, you should be able to lift more with help from creatine boost.
This is a progressive overload technique using creatine which no YouTuber mention.
3 months ON, 1 month OFF. Continue that forever unless you have any health problem.
Very simple and effective. Forget loading period.

Love the attention to detail you guys put in to these vids! It's great to see that actual research is backing your statements instead of superstition. I definitely saw some great benefits from creatine while competing as a college athlete! Keep up the great work!

Hey, thanks man. I was really concerned about taking it and wondering if I needed to cycle in and out and this just about answered everything. I’ll also use your video as a source to explain creatine to friends

I really thought that it might be necessary to cycle off because it may not have the same effect after a while, but it seems to be beneficial as a daily supplement. I also do enjoy the mental benefits

The first time I ever took creatine monohydrate my body responded incredibly. At the time I was training as a boxer and I was training for a fight and I tried the supplement for a boost. I was naturally eating high protein and I will take 10 grams a day 5 g before workout 5 g afterwards. I also did a load phase for 5 days. Within the first 5 days I noticed a difference that wasn't saying as my strength when up tremendously. By the second week I noticed that I was gaining weight which was unneeded as I was trying to fight at 160 lb. By the end of two weeks I was running on the treadmill at full speed for over 10 minutes until my legs collapsed from muscle spasm. I was benching 325 lb in sets of five. I was punching the punching bag so hard with 16 oz gloves that my hands were bleeding in the gloves. My weight went up to 191 lb within 15 days. There was noticeable veins showing and stretch marks from the growth. My performance and strength was up at least 50% or more. Fast forward to today I have not really taking creatine because I couldn't understand why it worked like that on me but I have taken steroids including stocks with tren and I cannot duplicate the strength and games I got what's monohydrate

Just a few questions about creatine. #1. Is it safe for people in their forties and fifties to take the recommended dosage of 5grams a day? #2. If you get a nasty cut that would require stiches, would you bleed more from the water retention in your muscles? #3. Does being a regular coffee drinker have any side effects with creatine?

My son is Olympic lifter that takes creatine. He will start running track in the spring. Should he stay on the creatine when running high mileage?

I'm aware of the benefits of creatine. What I don't know is the side effects of long-term use. Are you saying that it "doesn't" affect the kidneys in a negative way?

Excellent videos. Love the content. Can you make some videos about strength training for brazilian jiu jitsu? Love your wrestling content but would love to hear your opinion on how BJJ strength training is different than wrestling. I appreciate you
