Time to hit those Biceps, Triceps & Shoulders with today's ARM STRENGTH WORKOUT!! 💪🏻 Using dumbbells only we are going to get in a solid arm workout to build strength in the upper body. Three sets of each to help us really feel the burn. Let's do this team!!

Dumbbells: I used 5, 10 & 15lb sets

Workout Breakdown:

2:09 Circuit One (40s work + 20s rest x3 rounds)
Side Plank + Rise (R)
Side Plank + Rise (L)
Shadow Box

11:19 Circuit Two (40s work + 20s rest x3 rounds)
Tricep Press (R)
Tricep Press (L)
Alternating shoulder Press Combo

20:29 Circuit Three (40s work + 20s rest x3 rounds)
In + Out Curls
Rear + Side Flys
Burpee + Press

29:29 Cool Down & Stretch

Loved it! I am truly loving these 30 minute-ish workouts. Straight up strength is my fave, though the HIIT and MetCon workouts are equally good. For me, 30 minutes is ideal and means I can push and get in a strong, satisfying workout for the day. Thank you Heaather. Really ... thank you. Namaste.

2nd go at this one. I do love the focus on arms. It feels very rewarding. Thank you HR for providing the calendar. I do the workouts out of order but I love to reference it so I don't have to think about what I need to get done each week.
