I’m not doing this myself but need to hire someone to replace 4 of them. It’s like you read my mind from half way around the world. This is uncanny.

Awesome video. For those who don't want to replace the toilet or seal as it's hard to put that toilet back once it's separated from the floor to extend the life a bit clean the surface and dry it then fill with silicon to make air tight seal until you rip the whole toilet out.

Thanks for the tuition guys...
Silicon or 'No More Nails' which would be better do you think ?
A mate at the bike shop stuck a bloody big vice attached to a steel pedestal down to the concrete floor with 'No More Nails' and the next day, no way would that thing budge...
Beaudy...

Kia ora Kent, thank you for your videos. You wouldn't happen, to be having a beer with Leigh? As how do you know if its been concreted into place? As the one im trying to remove, has two different sorts of bolt downs. Both sides they just going around and around and wont come out. Im at the point I want to whack the toilet with a hammer 🔨 also any idea how to bolt down to the ground the new one? As the concrete idea, seems easier. By the way enjoy your beers and tears, 'Up the Wahs' 😂
