I have the same tool you use and I watched your video and removed the towel in less than 3 mins. It’s been over ten years since I had to unclog a toilet. We got a new plumbing for the entire house.I forgot how to use the tool. Your video helped me with easy removal. My wife is also grateful!!! She flushed the towel down the toilet with some mop water. And forgot to remove the towel before flushing. Keep the great videos coming!!!

Thanks for your video. I have a different type of auger but showing how close to the bottom of the toilet to put the coil was golden. It changed everything. I made sure to have the start of the coil right at the bottom of the bowl, snaked it in and then turned. Done in a minute! Saved me a lot of frustration.
