I don’t normally comment online, but for this one im going to do it. Your story resonates with me so much that i cant even describe how much this video helped. This past few days were overwhelming trying to develop myself, but unfortunately my motivation was based on get things done or get punished more like than giving my self unconditional love and actually be compassionate and understanding.

I just watched a video of you about binge eating. You were talking about rebecca. I can't tell you how good and hopeful it makes me feel to see my own situation from the outside as if I were watching a movie. It wouldn't be a lie if I said my eyes were filled with tears. I didn't want to comment on that video because I want to watch all of your videos and do something for myself.

This is really interesting. :) I had a big change when I saw that most of what I was doing, and punishing myself for, was in order to get some form of validation. Once I stopped failing at the things I didn't want to really do, I wasn't seeking approval for achieving was being kinder to myself.

THIS IS SO GOOD AN UNDERRATED OMG. This is a good way to build self worth and being unbothered by your negative thoughts and from other people's thoughts. Ik this video doesn't have millions of likes, views and comments as it should, but IT'S AMAZING. Straight to the point, not stretching things out and actually helpful things... TY

well this is awkward considering the vid is oldish. anyways i’m beginning my self-improvement journey today, as a 20 year old… i already watched many vids and this one stood out cuz of the simplicity and easy to understand methods. if u ever read this creator or anyone, i want u to know u are not alone, i have lived a life so far of self-hatred, regretting most things, shying away from social events cuz i hate my social anxiety. almost like i lost the courage to ever improve or love myself. i cry thinking often for thinking of my ruined relationships with loved ones cuz i isolate myself when im scared which is almost everyday. i want to become better for myself and to build better relationships. WE are all in this together.
