Hi Andy,

I bought an SG200-50 switch recently. The switch is works prefect excluding the additional vlans.
I added an additional vlan as Vlan 10.
When i put my test computer port to General and assign the port to VLAN 10 - Tagged, the test pc lost the network connection.

I have a cisco 3825 router configured with vlans and encapsulation. I viewed your tutorial several times, but couldn`t find out, why the private vlan wont work.

Andy, Is Cisco planning to get rid of Catalyst switches because SG series are sold more nowadays in market. Also how do we ssh to SG switches?

Am I able to run voice traffic on default vland id of 1? Or, is it required to create a new vlan id? The purpose is to dedicate sf300 just for ip phone and nothing else.

i have a sf300 48pp for cctv and there is so much latency on it that we can hardly see what is going on. is there a setting in this switch that should be configured to fix this? there is nothing else on the switch except (34) ip cameras with the bit rate set to 3000 kbps for each camera so this switch should work fine

Nice video, thanks. A question, I configured 2 vlans and I can ping from vlan 10 to 20 but I can't from 20 to 10. Any idea? For example: I have vlan 10, 192.168.1.1 and vlan 20, 192.168.99.1, I can ping fron 99 to 1 but not from 1 to 99. I apreciate your help
