My story goes like this... I started my career in 2004 when youtube was not a thing. I always asked questions to my peers, superiors, and peers in other departments. I was not able to connect the dots. In fact, most people would not share the info/question as they see me as a threat to their job. Since the advent of youtube, I have learned so much that I don't need to ask anyone at work. There are so many teachers like you Keith who is exactly what I was expecting at the earlier part of my career. You are awesome and the younger generation is lucky to have youtube and they don't even realize what people like you are offering (I would not say all, but most). God Bless you, Kevin Barker.

I'm on CCNA1 V7.02, I have a bit of attention deficit and I cannot tell you how much your videos have helped me, you make learning easy and enjoyable. I was having a hard time finding out what exactly a L2 switch VLAN is(most info available it's about L3 VLAN), ended up watching the whole video and learning a lot more than just that, you're a "no cape hero" my friend

Keith one thing you said, hit home for me. Breaking a complex subject into small chunks. The first time I stepped into the cockpit of a C-5 aircraft as a maintenance tech and saw all the guages, I thought No Way, I'll ever learn this. Luckily, my trainer broke it into the fuel system, then electrical, etc. Took about a year and I was running the panels with the best of them., . Thank you Thank you Thank you Keith. I am Loving this course and the way you instruct!!

Only trainer that makes learning any IT subject less tiresome as we all know things can get rather dry and boring, but Keith brings such energy and enthusiasm few nerdy dad jokes here and there to keep things interesting.
