Morning Energy Balancing Session with Singing Bowl, Reiki ASMR

Here is another of my channels where you can find more spiritual teachings.
Have a bit of a cold and have had trouble recording in the evening, so thought it would be the best time to create a requested energy session for the morning.

This would be ideal for those moments before you get out of bed, but can certainly be used at any time, no matter what you are doing, to bring yourself back to divine alignment.

We work with allowing our body and spirit to reconnect, and bridge the heart chakra to the other primary chakras so that we can act, express, feel, etc. from the heart space in order to fulfill personal goals and desires.

I am an Energy Worker, Master Teacher Level Reiki Practitioner, Shamanic Apprentice, and Practitioner of Healing Arts working out of the NYC NJ area. I aim to share my passion for energy, holistic practices, personal power, relaxation, balance, wellness etc. by making these videos.

I don't use scripts and hope you can appreciate the natural flow in my communication to you.

Thank you SO MUCH for doing a morning session! This is what was missing from my routine! I listen to/work one of your sessions every night. I try to meditate and journal every morning when I wake, and it is so helpful that now I have you as my morning guide - especially for those days when (let's face it) I just don't have the discipline to stay committed. Now with this video, it is like I'm awakened by a teacher who guides me gently back onto my morning Path when I don't feel like doing it!
