PSA: never cook with olive oil (use Avocado Oil instead). Heating Olive Oil damages the fats and then you use those damaged fats to make permeable cell membranes and inflammation!

Also butcher box is a cost effective way to get grass fed ribeyes :)

These all look so awesome! I may try aip which is like paleo but much more restrictive. It makes paleo look easy. It’s the spice limitations that really make it frustrating.

Went to the store to get all the ingredience to make this "budget friendly" meal. Ribeye was $17 a $9.99 for 8 Oz. $45 for just 2 of the Ingredients. Great recipe....just not budget friendly.
