Funky, I like it. I have lots of garlic and no raw honey, maybe I need to grab some and make a batch. Thanks for testing it out for us!

If you chop the garlic and add red pepper flakes, a couple whole cloves and star anise, some crushed cardamom pods, and black pepper it makes an even better cold remedy, and an excellent sauce for wings.
