Fermented Garlic Honey! 🤯🍯

A must try! The garlic mellows out and you can eat both the garlic and honey. Store for at least 30 days up to a few years. Today is day 30 and it's officially time for an update!
A few tips: Store in a cool, dry place. Burp the jar every day for 2 weeks (open the lip). Place a plate under when you store the honey.

Ingredients:
- garlic
- honey, raw and unfiltered

It’s fantastic! In about a year or about 8 months the 🧄 turns into a soft and chewy almost jelly beans like consistency. You can still taste the garlic but it’s very mild. My 3 years old daughter likes it. (For those of you that are impassioned, do a big jar 🫙 if you eat one or two cloves per week it should last you about a year unless you are a sweet garlic lover 😅.

Tip: The smaller the garlic the faster it will ferment.

Oh my God...I came SO close to throwing away a huge bottle of fermented garlic I made about a little over a year ago. I was concerned about food poisoning, but through reading many comments from other videos, it's OK. I just ate a tablespoon of it and it's delicious. Almost the whole house has a cold, and this is what I'm giving to the household..

Started before 30 days, garlic strong still, but I needed it already 😢 weather has started to change here in Calgary AB Canada. We call it our Indian Summer . Not why that what I grew up know .love this remedy.

Got a small jar working now. Waiting to try it before I commit to a bigger container. Raw honey is not a problem for me because I usually have some on hand for making mead.

Mine has been sitting for almost 30 days. I noticed today that the honey seems to have a thicker layer on the bottom but the top part is much thinner. It never bubbled so I’m afraid to eat it. How would you know if it’s bad or not??

I did not poke my cloves. Jar was very gassy first week or so, now all quiet. pH strips say 4.5. I'm still nervous and I want to add lemon to drop pH even more

I’m going to try this for this upcoming flu season, but are you supposed to just eat the honey or the garlic too? Is it safe for kids?
