Tom deserves an extremely faithful girl who will treat him well. He's truly made the most of his situation, he's out there fighting fires alongside people who are much larger than himself. He respects himself and his peers, he's kind to Shauna and those around him and he is EXTREMELY respectable. What a great dude, I really hope he finds the right one.

Man kudos to Tom. Talk about the pressure. A first date is awkward enough, but he had to go through cameras and her dad AND sister hanging out in the booth next to them. Shauna is 22 I am with the dad, she needs to venture out a little on her own. No romance is going to blossom in a crowd, although I do always suggest a crowded place for a first date.

I think it’s a bit odd that her dad and sister tag along like she is 13, she is a grown adult who is clearly very sheltered, I know plenty of little people who have their own business and live life without having their parents watching their every move
